Marina Hamilton is surrounded by her greatest inspiration /native Irish animals. Her studio and gallery is located on the family farm in St. Johnston, Co.Donegal. In both her sculpture and her painting, she tries to reflect the attitude and unique character of the animals that she sees at close quarters. Each piece of sculpture is individually hand-built and a one-off. Her work in both clay and canvas brings together a blend of classical and contemporary styles.
