Donegal Designer Makers to Reopen This Wednesday

Donegal Designer Makers are delighted to announce the reopening of its shop this Wednesday, 25th March 2026.

The shop, which showcases a unique collection of handcrafted goods from talented local and regional makers, invites customers old and new to come in, browse, and support homegrown creativity and craft.

Doors open Wednesday 25th March from 10.30am to 5.30pm. All are welcome.

Our annual Christmas Presence Fair at Rathmullan House will take place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th November from 11am to 5pm daily. 

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to browse through a fabulous selection of bespoke handcrafted pieces, all imagined, designed and made in Donegal. 

Enjoy refreshments from the afternoon snack menu at Rathmullan house from 12.30pm to 4.30pm. 
The cellar bar will also be open in the evening from 6pm serving pizza.

"Made Slow" exhibition opened this weekend, showcasing Donegal Designer Makers.

The exhibition presents pieces that tell stories of time invested and materials respected— pottery with subtle irregularities, textiles, jewellery, Soapworks and inspiring framed artworks. Each piece represents a quiet moment against our fast world.
